Zoom Drain

Had a great experience with Zoom Drain. I had a horrible smell coming from the laundry room and suspected I might have a clog. Austin was my technician and was very honest and thorough in explaining the different potential causes for the smell and the different options I could try. I appreciated his honesty. The fix was simple and did not break the bank.

I had a septic issue, clogged line. Called Zoom, and Jordan cleared the line no issues. I also needed a septic tank repair, so Austin fixed that easily enough. Good techs, good phone service. Kept up to date on updates and had solid prices before they ever stepped into my yard.

Austin, our plumber, was on time, courteous, skilled, and professional. We basically had an emergency plumbing situation which he diagnosed quickly, gave us two options, and completed the work in under two hours. Highest recommendation.

Just wanted to say that Zoom Drain did an amazing job! They came out to assess what the problem was with my sewer backup. Gave a date and time, with a quote that was great. They came out a few days later like they said. Got the job done in a few hours. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. GREAT JOB ZOOM DRAIN!!!

Austin did an awesome job today helping us clear out our drain pipe for our washer. He showed up on time and got everything taken care of for us in about an hour. He did a great job explaining what he was going to be doing and our washer now works perfectly with no leaks.I would highly recommend him for any of your washer needs.

Austin was great! He came out to our house on a snow day when pretty much the rest of the city stayed home. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided us with different options on how to resolve. We didn’t feel pressured into paying for one of the higher tiers of work.

My drain was clogged and now it isn't and that's all that matters. They did a great job and everyone involved was incredibly professional and helpful. Special thanks to Austin for figuring out the issue and saving me a ton of money on repairs.
